Oneject Whistleblowing System

PT Oneject Indonesia provides a complaint service media that can be used by employees, customers and partners to report acts of violation or fraud through the Whistleblowing System as part of good Corporate Governance practices with the aim of building trust with internal and external stakeholders.

Oneject’s WBS guarantees confidentiality of identity and protection for the Reporter in the process of reporting information on alleged violations. The reports submitted are reports that are fraudulent or violations of the laws, Code of Conduct, Company Regulations, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policies, Gifts, Entertainment and Hospitality Control Policies, and are not based on personal complaints, bad faith and/or defamation.

The Reporter is expected to provide clear and detailed information regarding what happened (what), the parties involved (who), the time of the incident (when), the location of the incident (where), and how it happened (how). The reporter is also given the freedom to report without mentioning their identity (anonymous or anonymous report).
